Larsen Photo shoot - Scene/Outfit #1

On Tuesday night, my Mom and Dad and I took the kids to the park to take pictures of Larsen.  It was the only day of the week that was not forcasted for temperatures in the 90-100's and it turned into a beautiful evening.  This is setting/outfit #ONE, more to come...

The other evening Anders slipped outside to play before bedtime.  Before I could say any different, he had pulled off his shorts and climbed INTO the water table.  All I could do is laugh and let him play (and take pictures)...

Eating oatmeal

Larsen refuses to be fed, and ONLY wants to feed herself.  She even turned down ice cream the other night, and I am pretty sure it was only because I was offering it to her in a spoon.  

While down at Grammie & Papa's house, I tried to give her oatmeal.  After failing to get her to open her mouth and eat,  Mom suggested I let her feed herself.  Funny how she suggested the messy-messy idea but wasn't around for clean-up time... 

 You can't really see in the photo what a MESS she was, just trust me! 

Our little Norwegian

My Dad's family is 100% Norwegian, and both of our children's names are VERY Scandinavian.  So here is our "little Norwegian" wearing a onesie given by my Aunt Laurel & Uncle Erwin.

Evening at the park

Wednesday night I passed up the chance to go to the CMT awards with my friend Whitney Duncan, so that we could have a much needed family night.  Part of me REALLY wanted a fun girls-night out, but I am glad I stayed home and had these moments...

While Todd and Anders were running around the playground, Larsen enjoyed swinging.  I took these pictures on my phone:
