Swimming at Grammie & Papa's fitness center

So before Todd & I headed back to Nashville with Anders and Bella, we took a morning swim at Grammie & Papa's fitness center.  They had fun taking Anders swimming several times while we were away.  And each time he would walk around and around the pool before deciding he was ready to get in.  But this trip we made him get in sooner than he liked, so he was NOT happy about getting into the pool...

Tortola, BVI

So I am finally posting pictures from our trip to Tortola, it was beautiful and we had a great time.  But I think we could have gone anywhere with these friends and had a great time!

 On the boat ride over to the island...it was a rough ride, but we were all excited to get there.

Surrounded by palm trees, we all wanted to crack open and experience a fresh coconut.  We tried throwing rocks into the trees to knock one down, but that didn't work.  So after a couple days of talking about it and wishing for one...Todd climbed a tree and got us SIX coconuts.  It was extremely impressive, because palm trees are NOT easy to climb.  And once he was up there, getting the coconuts off of the tree was tough too.

 Heading off to my birthday dinner -- I turned 30 on the 30th!

It was a great getaway -- both relaxing & fun, and hopefully the first of many trips with these friends!

Crib time

So these may be some of the last pictures of Anders in his crib, because sometime in the next couple months he will transition to a big boy bed.  I have moments of thinking he will be ready and it will be fine, and then other moments of thinking that he will wake up crazy early and escape from his room.  

Easter Photo-shoot

There is a creek & wooded area on the church property, which Anders explored with Daddy before heading home from the Easter egg hunt...I enjoyed taking these pictures!

Pre-Easter Events

Grandma came to visit for a week leading up to Easter & Aunt SuSu arrived for a few days during her Spring Break.  We had a couple pre-Easter activities and got Anders geared up for the church Easter egg hunt.
