Dinner with friends

Todd was in Chicago this past weekend and brought home a frozen Chicago style pizza (so yummy!). So last night we had Sarah & Jeremy over for dinner. They are closing on a new home this Friday and moving in on Monday. So all of us are having to make furniture decisions and pick paint colors! I am going to try to help with some painting over the weekend and then Todd will help them move in on Monday.

Anders survived his 2 month Dr. appointment...

Anders had his 2 month check up on Monday morning. Todd was still out of town so Mom & Dad went with us to the dr's. Anders weighs 13 pounds & 1 ounce and is 24.5 inches long. He had to get several vaccinations but was such a champ. He just screamed when he was pricked by the needles but then fell back asleep very quickly and was out for awhile. Here he is with Papa still sound asleep when we got home...

Bella in her raincoat...

So these pictures are for Julie (my sister-in-law) and Haley (my niece) who wanted to see Bella in her raincoat. Bella always wears her raincoat to go outside if it is raining -- it keeps her dry & helps her not smell like a wet dog. She is so used to wearing it & refuses to go out in the rain without it on. All we need are little yellow galoshes for her to wear to keep her paws from getting muddy. Isn't she cute?!?

Anders is TWO months old

Anders is 2 months old now -- I can't believe it, the two months have gone by so quickly! On Monday he has his 2 month check up, so we will see how much he has grown. I think he is somewhere between 13-14 pounds but not sure exactly. Also he will get several shots at that appointment -- not looking forward to that at all! Mom and Dad are in town for the weekend so we had another "photo shoot" of Anders. He is wearing a squirrel onesie that Todd purchased for him at H&M in New York City...

The BEST cousin ever!

We got to spend time with Haley, Uncle Michael & Aunt Julie on Saturday. Haley was such a wonderful big cousin -- she held Anders a lot and did such a great job. She also was very helpful. She gave him a bath and assisted changing diapers and dressing him.

Anders, Bella and I went to GA this weekend to help paint my old bedroom and two bathrooms in mom & dad's house (that they are trying to sell). We had a great time with family.
